Who We Are
The B.A.G., LLC is a New York City–based professional boxing management company founded by Sarah Fina and Rashad Holloway. The B.A.G. represents and develops elite boxing talent at the highest level — while using the sport to create lasting impact for the next generation.
We are proud to be an approved vendor with the New York City Department of Education, bringing championship-level boxing instruction to after-school programs across the five boroughs through our BAMBA's Project program.
Everything we build is rooted in one belief: boxing doesn't just make champions — it makes people. Our programs are a testament to that.

Paul Bamba's story is one of extraordinary resilience. Paul was adopted and given a second chance at life after experiencing homelessness on the streets of New York City. He channeled everything — the struggle, the pain, the hunger — into boxing, and became a force to be reckoned with inside the ring.
Sarah Fina managed Paul as his boxing manager, and together they built something special. Beyond the professional relationship, it was a bond forged in trust, hard work, and a shared belief in what Paul could become. He wasn't just a fighter. He was proof that your beginning doesn't define your ending.
Paul Bamba passed away following one of his fights — a devastating loss that shook the boxing world. But his spirit, his story, and his name live on.
BAMBA's Project — Building Athletes Mind, Body, and Soul — was created in Paul's honor. Every young person who walks through our program carries a piece of his legacy forward.

Named in honor of fighter Paul Bamba — adopted, once homeless, always a champion. BAMBA's Project carries his story into every school we enter.

Students develop focus, strategic thinking, and emotional regulation. Boxing requires constant mental engagement — we leverage that to improve academic performance and self-awareness.
Structured training builds physical fitness, coordination, and healthy habits. Students learn proper technique from world-class coaches in a safe, supervised environment.
We foster confidence, resilience, and a champion's mindset. Students leave each session with a stronger sense of self — ready to face challenges in school and in life.
BAMBA's Project is offered as an NYC DOE after-school program available to K–12 students across the five boroughs. The program is led by Ronica "Queen" Jeffrey — former IWBF World Super Featherweight Champion and WBC World title challenger (17-1-1) — alongside trainer Peter "Pistol Pete" Dobson — WBC USA Silver Champion and professional welterweight — bringing championship-level coaching directly into your school community.

Zab Judah's Boxing Academy brings elite, professional boxing instruction to students of all levels. Classes are taught by Yoel Judah — former World Champion kickboxer and one of the most accomplished trainers in the history of the sport — with Zab also on the floor sharing his championship experience.
Yoel Judah is the man behind the champion. He trained his son Zab to become Undisputed World Welterweight Champion, and went on to guide Devin Haney to become the youngest Undisputed World Champion in boxing history. His record speaks for itself.
At Zab Judah's Boxing Academy, students aren't just learning boxing — they're learning from the lineage that built champions.

The B.A.G., LLC brings together visionary leadership and world-class athletic excellence to deliver a one-of-a-kind program for New York City's youth.
Founder & CEO
Sarah Fina is the Founder & CEO of The B.A.G., LLC and one of the most experienced executives in professional boxing. With 20+ years in the sport, she has held senior roles at some of boxing's most respected organizations — including Vice President of Operations at Greg Cohen Promotions, Operations Manager at Devin Haney Promotions, and on-air talent for CBS Sports Network. She has also served as Site Coordinator for Gary Shaw Promotions and provided direct support to Roy Jones Jr. at Square Ring Promotions. Sarah came up under the tutelage of Hall of Fame manager David McWater and continues to work hand in hand with Split T Boxing Management. Sarah built The B.A.G., LLC from the ground up, securing its status as an NYC Department of Education approved vendor and bringing championship-level management to the next generation of fighters.

A former professional welterweight with a record of 12-2-2 and a 41% KO rate, Rashad Holloway competed on the biggest stages — including Showtime Boxing and Cowboys Stadium — across a career spanning 2005–2011. Now a founding partner and advisor of The B.A.G., LLC, Rashad channels his ring experience into building the next generation of champions.

Former World Champion kickboxer and one of boxing's most legendary trainers, Yoel Judah is the architect behind two undisputed world champions. He trained his son Zab to the top of the welterweight division, then guided Devin Haney to become the youngest undisputed world champion in boxing history. At the Academy, Yoel brings that same championship blueprint to every student he coaches.
